Thank you for visiting my website.  The galleries contain cakes I've decorated for family and friends as well as practice cakes. 

I enjoy baking and decorating cakes.  I have dabbled in cake decorating off and on as my mother and aunt decorated cakes years ago.  However, I became seriously interested in June 2005 when I visited my cake decorator cousin in Georgia.  She pulled out some icing, turned a cake pan upside down, and gave me some lessons.  I came home and immediately signed up for classes.
